Mark Bowen
Founder and owner of Bowen Moto Ltd (formerly Mark Bowen Motorcycles)Mark is a true enthusiast, having raced internationaly he started the business in 1986 purely as a repair shop in a railway arch. He grew the business and in 1988 moved to a new industrial unit on the Medway City Estate adding the Kawasaki brand and then in 1995 the Aprilia brand. The most recent move was to Luton Road in 2001 with the addition of Moto Guzzi, Piaggio,Vespa, Gilera & AJS franchies in 2010.

Ian Jones
Ian is our parts manager and handles all the day to day parts, accessorie and clothing related orders and enquires. Ian has a vast experience in parts and sales having been in the industry for many years. Ian started with us in 2007. Another keen motorcyclist (spot the theme) with an excellent knowlege of motorcycles alied with top organisational skills essential for a well run parts department.

Lee Towner
Lee is another superb technician with many years experience. Lee started with us in 1999 as an apprentice and has grown in knowledge and talent over the years. Also attending many manufactures courses for Kawasaki, Aprilia, Honda, Suzuki and Moto Guzzi. Lee has also raced in supermoto and enduro on the super fast Aprilia SXV & RXV. All the staff are well and truly keen motorcyclist to the core, we hope this passion will make you feel safe and confident that we are the best people to help you.

Staff Required

We are looking for a good all-rounder to work & be trained in our parts department. A good mechanical knowledge, computer skills, flexible person is required.
